    By far one of the best Mcdonalds I've visited so far.always friendly service fast fresh food .
    Only down fall is the parking...it's to tight  not enough parking spots .the drive they line becomes a problem when it gets full,hard to get in and out of the lot ,or in a spot hard to back out with the line only a car space away .
    Food is fresh hot and they don't hold back on the fries

    I just came to the McDonald's on New Braunfels and I was told that they do not support our military troops in any way. No discount and do not want military people visiting their establishment, by owner request. Really? I just walked out. I'll order elsewhere. I suggest everyone else does too. I served in Afghanistan and was wounded, all I wanted was just a bit of respect. Doesn't even deserve a single star, I had to post one to post this review.

    Twice I've come here since it reopened, twice I got charged 10$ for a large double quarter pound meal and both times received a single quarter pounder. The second visit I said it's a double right? Last time they gave me a single. And they damn did it again that same visit I checked it. That's just plain stupidity. You people owe me some money.oh yeah and I asked for it with no onion or pickle.

    This McDonald's location has always been bad bad bad. After their remodeling I thought that it would be better. I mean, who spends so much money with new updates when your still going to give such BAD service? It still sux. I order 2 fish sandwiches & 2 large fries. That's it. It took 20 mins with me complaining to finally get my meal. AND!!!! Still my fries were cold. I normally drive the extra 1.5 miles to go to a different McDonald's but since they are now closed due to their remodeling I had to come here. Next time I'll just skip McDonald's altogether. This location is HORRIBLE! & not worth your time & hard earn money. Skip it and save yourself the stress

    Never trust any McDonald's that makes you pay for a sauce packet. Cheap bastards! Food was subpar as well. Definitely wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyway. Better off driving down the road 2mins and getting Chick-fil-A or Taco Bell! And let's not even start with the parking.
